Oregon Shakespeare Festival 2009!

For ten days in June and July, the Hobart Shakespeareans made their annual pilgrimage to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland, Oregon.

They saw seven plays, and received standing ovations for two performances for the Green Show.

Kids read John Hersey's A Bell for Adano in Lithia Park

The Music Man and Equivocation were particularly loved by the kids. Much Ado About Nothing, All's Well that Ends Well, and Don Quixote also were thoroughly enjoyed. Older students also appreciated Henry VIII.
